New patients: Please complete the new patient forms available on our website and fill them out prior to your visit here:https://contemporaryobgynbermuda.com/appointments/.
If you are unable to complete the forms ahead of time, please arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled appointment time, with photo ID and your insurance information and you can complete them in the office.
Co-payments are due at the time of your office visit. We accept cash, debit and credit cards.
Contemporary OB-GYN Ltd is located at Ralmar, 15 Point Finger Road, Paget DV04. Our building is maroon and on the same side of the street as the hospital. If you’re driving out of town and towards South Road on Point Finger Road, it’s located right after the hospital on your left.
If you need to cancel, please notify us by voicemail/email at least 24 business hours prior to the appointment, to avoid a “no show fee” of $50 and so that we can offer other people that appointment spot. If you need to cancel a Monday appointment, please call/email one business day in advance, which would be on Friday before the office closes at 4pm. Please try to park in the front of the building at Ralmar, 15 Point Finger Road. There are available spots on the grass if necessary.
For Patients with Ultrasound Appointments at our office – please go to our new satellite office located at 10 Point Finger Road, Paget DV04. It’s the lime green cottage on the opposite side of the road, across from the hospital staff parking lot, with a sign that says 10 Point Finger Road.
For Patients with Surgery on Wednesday or Friday – please call the KEMH Operating Room Scheduling Department the day before your surgery at 236-8012 for the exact time of your procedure. Please disregard the time stated in this email and/or any following emails.
Due to the large block of time needed for surgery, last minute cancellations can cause inconvenience not only to your doctor, but to the hospital and nursing staff. Surgical appointments are in high demand and your advance cancellation of 16 days, will allow the time to be reallocated to someone who needs surgery. Any cancellations within 16 days of your surgery will be charged. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
For Patients scheduled for the Colposcopy Clinic – please follow the instructions given to you during your appoinment and report to the Colposcopy Unit which is on the second floor in the KEMH Acute Care Wing. Enter KEMH from the Point Finger Road Entrance. Turn Right and Walk to the bank of red elevators. Go to the 2nd floor, turn left, and tell the receptionist you are there for a Colposcopy.
For patients scheduled for the HSG Procedure (usually at 1pm) at the KEMH Hospital – please arrive 15 minutes early and come with a full bladder to the Xray Department in the new wing of the hospital.
For patients scheduled for the Sonohysterogram (usually at 8am) at the KEMH Hospital, please arrive 15 minutes early and come with a full bladder to the Ultrasound Department in the old wing of the hospital.

Due to the unpredictable nature of the OB practice, there are times when the doctor has to attend an emergency or delivery at the hospital, and we may have to reschedule your appointment with short notice. If we cannot reach you on the phone, we may contact you by email, with an appointment change.
